No worries - if this occurred to you, feel free to contact us and we'll get in touch with the creator about the issue.

However, you may want to ensure that you added the correct account. You can head to your Account page and check the Sponsorships section and click on the creator - you should be able to see their unlock social media account names (if applicable). Make sure you typed in the correct account name.

Creators receive multiple notifications about your sponsorship, but notifications may take a while to get read, so we recommend waiting a bit before escalating the issue.
